Nottingham Express Transit Trams

Between September 2021 and March 2023, I visited every tram stop on the Nottingham Express Transit tram network.

The Nottingham Express Transit (NET) first opened on 9th March 2004 between Nottingham Station and Hucknall, with a branch to Phoenix Park. In August 2015, the second phase opened, more than doubling the size of the network. This meant there were now trams running to the south of Nottingham, including Beeston, Toton and Clifton. Plans have been mooted for further extensions to the network, but nothing definite has materialised as yet.

The map above shows the stops on the NET, with Green Line stops in green, Purple Line in purple and stops served by both in black. Click on the tram symbols on the maps to see more information on the tram stop, and a picture.
